Mandeep has Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and certified auditor for ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018. He is Six Sigma black belt professional.

Mandeep has expertise in management systems like Quality (ISO9001, IATF16949, AS9100, ISO 13485, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000), Environment (ISO14001), Health & Safety (ISO45001, OHSAS18001), Social Accountability (SEDEX, SA8000) and key core tools. Mandeep has handheld more than 100 accreditation assessment as consultant with different industries and as company MR during the successful tenure in the companies. Mandeep had done 300+ man-days of training in different areas like ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001 and etc.

He has led many projects for complete implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System), FSMS, SGIA, Quality improvements (scrap & internal rejection reductions), Quality Circles, Core Tool Implementation and Product Certifications (ISI & CE Marking).

Mandeep had worked in industry for over 10 years and had with Quality and Production Function in automotive organizations. In his consulting career, he has supported H-one, Munjal Kiriu, Shankar Moulding, PTC, Sentec, Nichrin, Oiles, Pranav Vikas, Ajanta Chemicals and etc.

Mandeep is an expert in documentation, and assisted many organizations for documentation (PPAP and quality management systems). He is having core experience in formation of Process flow charts, Control plan, FMEA, Operation standards, Work instructions and other documents to meet PPAP and QMS requirements.
