Eligibility for Refund
Thank you for choosing TheSkope Center for Excellence for your training needs. We strive to provide high-quality training services, but we understand that circumstances may arise that require a refund. Please review our refund policy to understand the eligibility criteria.
1. Course Cancellation or Modification by TheSkope Center for Excellence
If TheSkope Center for Excellence cancels a training course or makes significant modifications to its content, schedule, or format, participants will be eligible for a full refund of the course in case to case basis in 3-7 working days in original payment mode or as on details given by.
2. Participant Withdrawal
a. Full Refund
Participants who withdraw from a course 15 days before the commencement date are eligible for a full refund of the course fees after deduction of 10% administration charges.
b. Partial Refund
Participants who withdraw their participation within 7 days from the commencement date may be eligible for a partial (maximum 50%) refund after review from the management
3. Unsatisfactory Training Experience
If a participant is dissatisfied with the training experience and can provide valid reasons for their dissatisfaction, TheSkope Center for Excellence will review the case and, at its discretion, may offer a partial ( max 50 % ) if he/she raise the concern on same date of training
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, participants must:
Submit a written refund request to TheSkope Center for Excellence on same date of training delivered.
Include the reason for the refund request and any supporting documentation.
TheSkope Center for Excellence will review the request and respond within 5-7 working day. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Fees
Certain fees, such as administrative fees 10% or non-refundable deposits, are not eligible for a refund unless otherwise stated in writing by TheSkope Center for Excellence.
6. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, TheSkope Center for Excellence may consider refund requests outside the scope of this policy.
