Sudhir has played a pivotal role in numerous organizations, guiding them through the implementation of IMDS concepts and facilitating comprehension of SoC requirements such as RoHS, REACH, 3TG, and WEEE. He has spearheaded various projects aimed at supplier development for Quality enhancements, including reductions in scrap and internal rejections, implementation of Quality Circles, Core Tool Integration, and Product Certifications.
