With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 10 years of experience, Sudhir possesses a robust background in consulting and training, specializing in management systems such as Quality (ISO9001, IATF16949), Environment (ISO14001), and Health & Safety (ISO45001/ OHSAS18001), alongside expertise in key core tools and concepts like IMDS and SoC. Sudhir has played a pivotal role in numerous organizations, guiding them through the implementation of IMDS concepts and facilitating comprehension of SoC requirements such as RoHS, REACH, 3TG, and WEEE. He has spearheaded various projects aimed at supplier development for Quality enhancements, including reductions in scrap and internal rejections, implementation of Quality Circles, Core Tool Integration, and Product Certifications.

Furthermore, Sudhir excels in documentation, having provided invaluable assistance to organizations in crafting documents for PPAP and quality management systems. His core experience extends to the formulation of Process Flow Charts, Control Plans, FMEA, Operation Standards, Work Instructions, and other essential documentation to align with PPAP and QMS requisites.
