Nitin Malhotra has Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and having experience of around 2 decades.

Consulting and Training Experience: -

Nitin has expertise in management systems like Quality (ISO9001, IATF16949, AS9100, ISO13485), Environment (ISO14001), Health & Safety (ISO45001/ OHSAS18001), Energy (ISO50001) and key core tools. He has also helped companies in implementing AS9120, ISO 22000, FSSC22000, SA 8000.

Nitin has helped many companies in their supplier upgradation activities and supplier cluster programs. He has successfully delivered projects on supplier upgradation with over all focus on PQCDSME – Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale and Environment. He has also delivered supplier assessment and improvement w.r.t. VDA6.3 requirements and auditing by key customer like AMG (Mercedes-Benz).

Nitin has handheld more than 550 accreditation assessment as consultant with different industries and as company MR during the successful tenure in the industries. He has led many projects for complete implementation of IMS (Integrated Management System), FSMS, SGIA, Quality improvements (scrap & internal rejection reductions), Quality Circles, Core Tool Implementation and Product Certifications (ISI & CE Marking).

He has successfully led many customer audit projects like Maruti VSA, VW VDA6.3, Ford Q1 and etc. Nitin is an expert in documentation, and assisted many organizations for documentation (PPAP and quality management systems). He is having core experience in formation of Process flow charts, Control plan, FMEA, Operation standards, Work instructions and other documents to meet PPAP and QMS requirements. Nitin has helped many organizations for System audit, Process Audit, Product Audit, Supplier audits. He is well versed with different standards like VDA6.3.
His expertise on Legal Assessment pertaining to Environment and Occupational Health and Safety has benefitted many organizations to consistently achieve 100% Legal compliance.
