CF Certified Coach, Dale Carnegie trained in delivery & NLP certified Practitioner armed with a Post Graduate Degree in Management, Pritha has facilitated around 1000 plus hours of classroom delivery. With an experience of around 20 years in the HR & Training function of corporate world, Pritha has delivered workshops as well as managed and trained teams of trainers.

Pritha managed the HR as well as Training and Development Functions for IT and Trading firms, where she set up the HR & Training department, conducted Gap and Needs Analysis and Training Strategy development at various levels across the organization. She was also involved in designing training curriculum; developing, implementing and delivering soft skill, Leadership and Management development programs;
evaluating training and conducting cost benefit analysis, compiling the company policies and developing the performance appraisal system.
Pritha is HR &Training Consultant, Corporate Trainer and Life coach. She has successfully designed and delivered workshops for various levels of participants and her sessions have been widely appreciated across industries. Amongst others, she delivers junior and mid-level Programmes like Communication Skills, Induction & Orientation, Emotional Intelligence, Art of Delegation, Customer focus, Planning & Prioritizing and Supervisory Skills as well as Managerial Programmes like Interviewing Skills and Manager to Leader.

Her strength is in being able to delve into the challenges faced by the group and enabling them to look for appropriate solutions by putting them in real-life situations.
